Oura's Lab Uploads feature is now live. Starting today, June 30, 2026, Oura Members worldwide can import laboratory blood work results directly into the Oura app.
What's New
- Import blood work: Upload results for cholesterol, blood glucose, thyroid panels, metabolic panels, and more
- Longitudinal view: Clinical biomarkers sit alongside continuous ring data — heart rate, HRV, sleep, and activity — in a single timeline
- Availability: Global launch in English for all Oura Members using Ring Gen3 or newer
- Integration: Part of Oura's Health Panels feature set, which already includes GLP-1 Insights (live since June 4) and Health Radar with blood pressure signals
Why It Matters
Lab Uploads turns the Oura Ring from a wearable-only tracker into a personal health dashboard that bridges clinical data with daily biometrics. No competing smart ring — Samsung Galaxy Ring, RingConn, or Ultrahuman — offers anything comparable. For health-conscious users who already do periodic blood work, this is a significant reason to choose Oura.
Best Oura Deals
The Oura Ring 4 starts at $349 on Amazon. The new Oura Ring 5 starts at $399. Both support Lab Uploads, Health Radar, and all current software features with a $5.99/month membership. Compare all smart rings in our smart ring guide.
