Oura Ring Launches Lab Uploads June 30 and Rolls Out Health Radar With Blood Pressure Signals Across US

Oura is rolling out two of its most ambitious software updates this week, expanding its smart rings from fitness trackers into proactive health monitoring tools.

Health Radar — Now Rolling Out

Health Radar is going live in June 2026 for Oura Members in the US, UAE, and India using Oura Ring Gen3 or newer. Developed by more than 40 in-house MDs and PhDs, Health Radar continuously scans cardiovascular and respiratory signals in the background and surfaces patterns worth paying attention to — before they become urgent.

Two key components:

• Blood Pressure Signals: A wellness feature that tracks trends in cardiovascular patterns using nighttime PPG data across 30-day assessment periods. It alerts you when it identifies trend changes that may be associated with blood pressure variation
• Nighttime Breathing: Monitors breathing patterns during sleep to help members understand how sleep quality and breathing affect overall health

Lab Uploads — Launching June 30

Starting June 30, 2026, Oura Members worldwide can import blood work and laboratory results directly into the Oura app. This places clinical biomarkers — cholesterol, glucose, thyroid panels, and more — alongside continuous biometric data from the ring in a single longitudinal view. Lab Uploads will be available globally in English at launch.

What This Means for Buyers

These updates significantly expand the value proposition of owning an Oura Ring 4 or Ring 5, especially for health-conscious users who already track blood work. No other smart ring — not the Samsung Galaxy Ring, RingConn, or Ultrahuman — offers lab integration.
