Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 and Ultra 2 Full Color and Size Lineup Leaked: Fewer Options Than Expected
A new leak reveals the complete color and size lineup for Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Watch 9 and Watch Ultra 2. The Watch 9 comes in 40mm (Cream, Graphite) and 44mm (Graphite, Silver) with both Bluetooth and LTE variants. The Watch Ultra 2 drops to just two colors — Titanium Gray and Titanium Silver — in a single 47mm LTE-only size. No Galaxy Watch Classic this generation.

A comprehensive leak has revealed every color, size, and connectivity variant for Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, painting a clearer picture of Samsung's smartwatch strategy just 20 days before Unpacked.
Galaxy Watch 9: Two Sizes, Limited Colors
- 40mm: Cream, Graphite — available in Bluetooth and LTE
- 44mm: Graphite, Silver — available in Bluetooth and LTE
Notably, some color options are size-exclusive. If you want the 40mm, you get Cream or Graphite. Want Silver? You'll need the larger 44mm. The Watch 9 retains Samsung's in-house Exynos chip rather than moving to the Snapdragon Wear Elite, keeping it as the more power-efficient, budget-friendly option.
Galaxy Watch Ultra 2: LTE-Only, Two Titanium Finishes
- 47mm: Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver — LTE only, no Bluetooth-only variant
The Ultra 2 significantly reduces choice compared to the original Galaxy Watch Ultra, which offered four color options. Going LTE-only simplifies the lineup but means there's no cheaper Bluetooth-only entry point for buyers who don't need cellular connectivity. The Ultra 2 gets the Snapdragon Wear Elite chip, 784mAh battery, and sapphire glass — the premium hardware that justifies its higher price.
No Galaxy Watch Classic
For the first time, Samsung is not releasing a Classic variant this generation. The rotating bezel design that defined the Classic line appears to have been retired, at least for 2026. Samsung is consolidating around two tiers: mainstream (Watch 9) and premium (Ultra 2).
What This Means for Buyers
If you want a Samsung smartwatch, your choice is straightforward: the Watch 9 for everyday use at an expected $279-$349, or the Ultra 2 for premium features at $649-$699. Current-gen deals remain strong — the Galaxy Watch Ultra is $639 on Amazon. For Apple users, check the Apple Watch Ultra 3 at $639.
