RingConn Gen 3 Launch Date Confirmed: May 5 with Blood Pressure Monitoring and Haptic Alerts

RingConn has officially confirmed that the Gen 3 smart ring will launch on May 5, 2026. First unveiled at CES 2026 in January, the Gen 3 introduces two industry-first features for smart rings: a built-in vibration motor for haptic alerts and blood pressure trend monitoring.

• Blood pressure trends: Uses heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature, and motion sensors to estimate blood pressure risk patterns over time — not a diagnostic tool, but an early awareness feature
• 13+ day battery life: Up from 7 days on Gen 2
• Expanded sizing: Now available in sizes 6–15
• New finishes: Polished Future Silver, Royal Gold, Matte Black, Brushed Silver, and Brushed Rose Gold

No Subscription Required

RingConn continues its no-subscription model. Unlike Oura (which requires a $5.99/month membership for full features), all Gen 3 health tracking, insights, and alerts are included with the ring purchase — no recurring fees.

What This Means for Buyers

With the Oura Ring 5 not expected until late summer and the Galaxy Ring 2 in limbo, the RingConn Gen 3 could be the most significant smart ring launch of the spring.
